Anti-Insect Net

Pesticides are not only solution to protect crops from insects and pests, there is another substitute protective product called Anti-Insect Net (polysack), which block entry of insects, pests, and other foreign objects that directly or indirectly harm plant and its germination. Because of its structure, antiinsect reduces usage of chemicals and makes crop grow more naturally.

Anti-Insect Net not only keepsaway pests, insects and birds from harming crop, but also filter excessive sinlight and prevent from sun burn, which can significantly improves productivity. It also forms a barrier to hailstone and protect crops from frost. Crops growing under a higher density mesh, temprature, and ventilation will be maintained. Insect net act as a windbreaker, creating a calm microclimate and contribution to higher yield.

Our Anti-Insect Net is woven from monofilament yarns made from high density polyrethylene with mixture of UV activities that protect from UV rays. Under normal condition it will last up to 5 years. Insect nets are differentiated by hole size (Mesh - Number of holes per inch).

We do manufacture 40 mesh and 50 mesh with 105 GSM and 125 GSM respectively.

Insect Seed Cages::

We provide complete KITs in various size for seed cage for hybrid seed production. These are available in the following sixe 100 ft x 80 ft, 100 ft x 100 ft, and 100 ft x 120 ft with height side wall of 12 ft and also provide hygenic antichamber door for entrance.

Our inhouse facility for stitching enable us to deliver good strength at joints with UV stabilized Yarns. We also provide customized solutions with combination of Shade Net (Mono) x Shade Net x Insect Net. Supplying it as a single piece for required length and width.
